Hearing
Dr. Barlow is a native of the Northwest. He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington and his undergraduate degree from Whitman College. His residency at the University of Washington focused on general surgery and otolaryngology.
Dr. Barlow was raised on a farm in Southern Idaho. He is married with two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, golf and following college football.

Rikki Green
Au.D.
Dr. Green obtained her master’s degree in audiology from The University of Alabama in 1995. In 2006, she earned her Doctor of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Her experience spans over 20 years in the hearing health care field, working in hospitals and clinics throughout Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Alabama. Dr. Green has been at Mt. Hood ENT for over ten years. She specializes in diagnostic audiometric testing of children and adults, hearing aid dispensing, balance treatment, and custom hearing protection, including products for musicians and professionals.
Our Location
- Mt. Scott ENT, Northwest ENT and Allergy and Dr. Topp at the Portland Clinic will accommodate our established patients.

After more than 25 years of providing compassionate otolaryngology care to our neighbors, Mount Hood ENT & Allergy is closing on Monday, June 23. Here are the next steps for each of our patients:
Audiology Patient Follow-Up:
- Patient placement depends on Dr. Green's future location.
- We can refer to Northwest ENT and Allergy, Mt. Scott ENT, Smart Step Hearing and Vancouver Hearing Aid Clinic or Pacific Audiology for audiology patients.
Allergy Patient Transition:
- Northwest ENT and Allergy is suitable for our allergy patients.
